尺寸范圍：直徑10-120MM/長度500-9000MM

材料：正常情況下選用40CrNiMo，經(jīng)過特殊處理，采用漸開線形式，在扭矩，扭力，負荷的情況下，可以采用具有良好任性和機械性能的WR15E和WR30材料，其性能參數(shù)與進口芯軸等同，但性價比遠于進口類產品。在加工過程中嚴格控制精確度，保證芯軸的加工尺寸。

40CrNiMo是合金鋼中的一種，也稱合金鋼：

-它是在優(yōu)質碳素結構鋼的基礎上，適當?shù)丶尤胍环N或數(shù)種合金元素（總含量不超過5%）而制成的鋼種。

-淬火850度，冷卻劑-水.油；

-回火溫度600度，冷卻劑-水.油；

-鋼材退火或溫回火供應狀態(tài)布氏硬度GBW小于等于號269；
